Your $150 Restoration Program Credit

When you enroll in a qualifying MD Trichology Restore program within 72 hours after completing your Wellness Review, $150 of your Wellness Analysis purchase will be credited toward your program enrollment. The credit is applied once toward an eligible program and is not redeemable for cash.
