Shipping policy

Processing Times
Orders ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). During promotions or new product launches, processing times may extend to 7–10 business days.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. MD Trichology is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered,” MD Trichology is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. MD Trichology is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
