Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. MD Trichology Advanced Hair Care products, digital programs, consultations, virtual services, and downloadable content are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@mdtrichology.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Consultations must be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations are non-refundable.

Digital Products & Programs
All digital courses, e-books, downloads, and virtual service plans are non-refundable, including payment plans. Access is granted immediately and cannot be revoked once delivered.
