Consultations & Services
All consultations (virtual or in-person) must be prepaid. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling requires 24 hours notice.

Payment Plans
If using Shop Pay Installments or other financing options, you agree to complete all payments. MD Trichology does not intervene in payment disputes with third-party lenders.

Intellectual Property
All content, courses, videos, PDFs, logos, text, and materials under MD Trichology are protected. Redistribution, copying, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
MD Trichology is not responsible for reactions due to allergies, misuse of products, failure to follow instructions, or preexisting scalp/health conditions.
