General Questions
Is MD Trichology a salon or a clinic?
No, we are not a traditional salon or clinic. MD Trichology is a virtual hair restoration brand that specializes in wellness based scalp and hair recovery plans. All of our services and support are provided online, from the comfort of your home.
Do you offer in-person treatments?
No. As of August 2025, all in-person services have ended. We now operate exclusively online to serve women everywhere with high-impact, personalized virtual care.
Who is this program for?
MD Trichology is designed for women experiencing hair thinning, shedding, breakage, bald spots, or traction damage, especially those seeking natural, long-lasting solutions without harsh chemicals or surgery. Our approach is especially effective for women of color.
What results can I expect?
While results vary by person, most clients begin seeing noticeable improvements within 30–60 days when following the plan consistently. Regrowth, thickening, and reduced shedding are common within 90 days.

How do the virtual plans work?
Once you take our quiz or book a consultation, you’ll be matched to the plan that fits your specific type of hair loss. You’ll receive a 90-day supply of product, exclusive video tutorials, and personalized tools, all delivered to your door. Everything else is done through your private online portal.
What’s the difference between Starter, Signature, and Elite?
• Starter includes the Grow & Restore kit and basic tutorials.
• Signature adds a ZYTO scan, customized nutrition plan, and more support.
• Elite includes everything above, plus premium supplements, laser device, and 1 on 1 virtual coaching.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to do this?
Not at all. If you can check your email, watch a video, and follow step-by-step instructions when you’re ready! Everything is easy to follow and we’re here if you need help.
Are the products natural?
Yes! All MD Trichology products are sulfate-free, paraben-free, and contain natural DHT blockers. They’re safe for all hair types and textures.
Can I buy the products without doing a full plan?
Yes. Individual products and the Grow & Restore System bundle are available in the shop. However, full restoration plans provide the best results, guidance, and support.
Payment & Shipping
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, select plans may offer Shop Pay Installments or other financing options at checkout. You can split your payments into manageable monthly amounts.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International options will be available soon.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it ships.
Will I be automatically charged each month?
Only if you choose a subscription option. Otherwise, all plans are one-time purchases unless you manually reorder.
